For shipping

We unable to accept urgent orders. Generally, orders will be shipped 7-15 days after placement.

For receiving products

We consistently use vacuum packaging bags for most of our products. During transportation, occasional damage to the bags may occur. Although this affects the vacuum effect, it does not impact the edibility of the product; simply place it into a sealed bag in a timely manner.

If you find any signs of moisture or mold upon receipt, please contact me immediately for a refund.

For storage

Upon receiving dried snacks, ensure they are stored in a well-ventilated, shaded area.

Fresh foods must be kept frozen.

For initial feeding

For initial feeding, we recommend breaking the food into smaller pieces and feeding in small quantities to allow your pet to adapt.

Please also review the ingredient list to check for potential allergens.

For shelf life

- Biscuits: 1-2 months

- Teething snacks: 3 months

- Dairy products: 1 month

- Fresh foods: 1 month in the freezer, 1 day at room temperature.
